General

Appointments are preferred, but we do accept walk-ins as well.

Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -48 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer 6 and 12 month lease terms.

You can pay your rent online through RentCafe, or by check, cashier's check, or money order.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase it through our provider or through your own insurance company.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, please contact Chugach Electric for electric service and Enstar for gas service. Water, sewer, and trash are billed through our third-party provider, Conservice, and charges will be posted to your ledger on the 1st of each month.

For internet, you can contact GCI. For cable, you can choose DirecTV or any other streaming service of your preference.

Our property offers in-unit washers and dryers, spacious closets, heated parking garages with storage, in-floor radiant heating, and private balconies for added comfort and convenience.

Yes, there is one assigned parking space in the garage, along with plenty of open parking available.

Our community is uniquely located in South Anchorage, offering stunning mountain views. We’re within 1 mile of Dimond Center, Target, PetSmart, and Sportsman’s, with a variety of restaurants and coffee shops just a short 2-mile radius away. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and natural beauty!

We are located in the Anchorage School District.

The nearest shopping centers are Dimond Center and Target, both just 1 mile away. Carr's grocery store is within 3 miles of the property.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance.

If you have a maintenance issue, you can submit a work order online through RentCafe or call the office at 907-205-1506.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to complete the work.
